REALTOR, CEO/Owner, Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP) and Business Broker of Florida Member. Fluent in English and speaks conversational Italian. Sydney is the owner of Sydney Server Real Estate, LLC. Holding her real estate sales associate license with Florida Capital Realty in the Miami, Brickell office.
In 2010 Sydney co-founded Park Place Group LLC (PPG) and also co-founded EXS Timeshares & Vacation Rentals International, a leading boutique rental property company. Sydney is a partner for PPG investment company that owns and manages multi-family properties in historic downtown West Palm Beach areas, lending her market knowledge throughout South East Florida.
Sydney has a strong personal interest in promoting the Design and Art communities in Miami. She is an active Board Member of the Bakehouse Art Complex (BAC) in the Wynwood Art District. BAC is a not-for-profit that provides affordable art studio space for emerging and mid-career artists in Miami.
Sydney’s fondness for diversity makes Miami the perfect hub for international living. She also lived two years in England and has spent many summers in Italy. She is in her second year of Italian language studies.
Sydney is currently trying to merge her creative business skills into selling what she calls the NEW MIAMI where she lives and is very enthusiastic about sharing with the rest of the world. Sydney has homes in downtown West Palm Beach and in Brickell, Miami near her Florida Capital Realty real estate office.

Sydney is a Florida resident and in the real estate business for twelve years. She originally moved from San Francisco, California to Miami in 2000’ with her two children. Sydney Server’s creative background began while growing up in the Arts community of San Francisco Bay Area. There she attended the San Francisco School of the Arts. Her arts studies consisted of visual arts, music, dance, and theater. Sydney’s previous performance arts career includes work in San Francisco, Los Angeles, England and Germany. Her projects range from writing and producing music, vocals, modeling, TV and music video. After relocating to South Florida, she was a resident of North Miami Beach. Sydney’s personal real estate investments and projects lead her to becoming a Florida Licensed Sale Associate in 2003.
