$55 Million Penthouse In Sunny Isles Beach

A luxury penthouse is now on sale at the Mansions at Acqualina for $55 Million. Its name Palazzo D’Oro means palace of gold.

The castle in the sky is fully furnished with Fendi Casa designs. The terrace which supplies panoramic views of the ocean is moreover an enormous 5,000 SF. Other features include a wine room, a glass pool, a waterfall fountain and sky garden.

According to Condo Vultures, this is the second priciest listing in Miami following the $100 million listing at Casa Casuarina Versace. A final sale of $55 Million would be Miami’s largest, displacing Indian Creek’s top spot at $47 Million.
