EnV at Brickell will reportedly have a name change to Nine at Mary Brickell Village, according to The Real Deal. The preconstruction project was originally slated to be a rental community, however it will now be marketed as condos for sale with prices starting at $300K.
The project has an estimated budget of $65M and is funded by New York-based BlackRock. It’s speculated that the shift comes as a result of the increasing demands for new condos by buyers and a shortage of supplies. This Miami project won’t be the only rental-turned-sales conversion, since a few weeks ago Midblock Tower in Midtown Miami was converted to condos by Gold Krown Financial.
Nine at Mary Brickell Village is scheduled for completion in May 2014. Development group Lynd was the original developer, however a press release by PR Wire confirmed the group will be joining forces with Starwood Capital to bring the project to fulfillment.
Some of the features buyers can look forward to include fully equipped stainless steel kitchen appliances, brand name fixtures, oversized mirrors, bath tubs, walk-in closets and more. The condo will be pet friendly. Other shared amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, gym, business room and more.
